Bali Jepun Wedding (“we”, “us”) plans weddings and events in Bali, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through balijepunwedding.com and during the planning of your celebration, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Enquiry details: when you use our Get a Quote form, we collect your names, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, preferred wedding date, guest numbers, preferred area, services of interest and anything you write in your message.
• Planning details: if you book with us, we collect the information needed to plan your day, such as guest lists, dietary requirements, schedules and preferences.
• Legal documentation: if you use our legal wedding service, we collect copies of the documents required by Indonesian authorities to register your marriage (for example passports and birth certificates).
• Website usage: like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly. Embedded content from YouTube, Instagram and Google Maps may also set cookies from those services.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
• To plan, coordinate and deliver your wedding or event.
• To arrange legal marriage registration on your behalf, when requested.
• To communicate with you by email, WhatsApp or phone about your booking.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Booking and planning records are kept for as long as needed to deliver your event and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Copies of identity documents are kept only as long as required to complete your legal registration.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to team members who need it to plan your event.

6. Your rights

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to how we use it, at any time.
