Do you plan weddings outside Bali?
No. We focus entirely on Bali. That focus is why we know the island’s venues, vendors and paperwork so well, from Uluwatu’s clifftops to Ubud’s jungle.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, especially for the busy season and popular venues. Shorter timelines are often possible, so get in touch even if your date is close.
We live overseas. Can we plan everything remotely?
Yes, most of our couples do. We plan with you by email, WhatsApp and video call, handle site visits on your behalf, and act as your team on the ground so everything is ready when you arrive.
Can we get legally married in Bali?
Yes. Indonesian law requires a religious ceremony followed by civil registration, and we arrange both, including the paperwork. Many couples prefer to marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony in Bali. Our founder Dyan is a certified non-denominational celebrant and can lead it.
Can you help us choose a venue?
Absolutely. Tell us your style, guest numbers and budget, and we’ll suggest venues that fit, whether beachfront, clifftop, villa or jungle.
How much does a Bali wedding cost?
Every wedding is different, so we prepare a tailored quote based on your date, guest numbers, venue and services. Share your details on our Get a Quote page and we’ll reply within 1–2 working days.
Can you work within our budget?
Yes. We’ll be honest about what’s realistic and help you put your budget where it matters most to you.
What happens on the wedding day?
Our team is on site from setup to send-off, coordinating vendors, timings and guests, so you can simply enjoy the day. We can also provide your MC and celebrant.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes. We also plan corporate meetings, celebrations and private events in Bali.
